What You’ll Do
Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, needs, and expectations, and translate them into thoughtful design concepts. Create space planning, design concepts, and material and colour schemes that are both functional and aesthetic. Prepare 2D and 3D design drawings, layouts, and visual presentations. Manage the full client journey from first meeting, proposal, and design development to project execution. Follow up on sales leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve personal sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams and departments to ensure smooth project progress and timely delivery. Manage project costing, budgeting, and variations throughout the renovation process. Ensure quality, timelines, and client satisfaction are consistently met across all projects. Prepare comprehensive 2D and 3D design proposals, including layout planning and visual presentations. Drive personal sales performance by managing the full sales cycle, from lead follow-up to building strong, long-term client relationships. Ensure timely delivery of products and services for each client’s project, maintaining quality and service standards. Manage project costing and budgeting, and work closely with internal teams to track progress and ensure smooth project execution. Qualifications Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Postgraduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline. Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written). Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in interior design or a related field. Proficient in MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and AutoCAD. Preferably a Senior Executive level candidate specialising in Architecture or Interior Design. Design & Build experience is a strong advantage. Preferred Attributes Strong design sensibility with good spatial awareness Excellent communication and client management skills Commercial mindset with sales and business development capability Strong project coordination and organisational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
What We’re Looking For

Comfortable communicating in English and Chinese. Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Office, and PowerPoint. Strong design sense, good spatial planning skills, and attention to detail. Confident in client communication, presentations, and relationship building. Able to manage multiple projects and priorities independently. Sales-driven mindset with the ability to balance design and commercial goals. Design & Build experience is a strong advantage.
